Another tentacled romance!
In the kingdom of Atlantis, the cecaelian Kai is an apprentice mage under a witch so decrepit that she is running their meager business into the ground. Meanwhile, time has come for him to part ways with his childhood friend, Princess Ayalina, when her royal duties at last come to call. To her own, and no one else's surprise, the princess is facing an arranged marriage in the name of kingdom peace.
However, when Ayalina's would-be suitor poisons her with a love potion of Kai's own make, Kai fights to restore her choice. His fight is hindered by sea devils and deals made by kings long before either of them were born, forcing them both to bend the rules. Kai and Ayalina discover the kingdom's buried history and forbidden feelings as they race the clock for an antidote.
Warning: Plot contains spicy kisses, dangerous flirting, and copious fishy insults.

I resent having to write a minimum of 50 words just to say I liked the story. And the author did a good job. Sometimes just a, "Made me laugh" is enough to show that it was both liked and not to heavy. Change this!
